How we send

Every piece is packed by hand in recycled paper and a double box, and insured for its full value. Orders leave within 1–2 working days; signed art glass may be sent straight from the maker's studio and take a few days longer.

Zásilkovna (Packeta) pickup point

Collect from a pickup point or box near you, in Czechia in 1–2 days and across the EU in 2–5 days. 89 Kč / €4.

PPL or DPD to your door

A courier brings it to your address, in Czechia in 1–2 days and across the EU in 2–4 days. 149 Kč / €6.

Free delivery

Over 2,500 Kč / €100, delivery is free by any method.

If something arrives broken

Photograph the parcel and the piece, and write to us within 48 hours. We send a new one, or refund you in full; you keep nothing broken and pay nothing extra.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Write to us, send the piece back unused in its packaging, and we refund it, delivery included, within 14 days of receiving it. Engraved and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

VAT

Prices include VAT. Across the EU, VAT is charged at your country's rate through the EU One-Stop Shop.
